Reservations
In order to reserve space at the Crosspoint House for your group, here’s what you need to do, at least 10 days prior to the event:
-Print and complete a Crosspoint Request Form and Policies
-Sign the Facility Use Policies
-Fax completed forms to Mary Beth, along with a Certificate of Insurance that includes NorthStar Church Network or Crosspoint as an “additional insured”. FAX #703-750-3823
Mary Beth will contact you to let you know if the space is available for your group.
